If it was the 940XL for this price, yes.

The 640 is about to be replaced by the 650. There is no 650 with a 5.7" screen (yet?) so if you want a larger screen you'll need to get the 640 XL before they are discontinued.

Cheapest price for this on Amazon. I got it a few months back and it's great. Good camera. Nice big screen. Slick operating system. I'm not an app freak and Windows Store has the few apps I need - Facebook, Twitter, Deezer, Spotify, Skype, O2 Priority, Tune In Radio.

Best Buy sell this for $29.99 (without contract) may be worth importing.
