this game any good ?

It's very uneven, the gameplay mechanics and a handful of missions are very good while the story and the world (with an exception of one or two areas out of forty) are complete garbage. It's repetitive as hell with an overload of (repetitive) cut-scenes. I'd give it 6/10 mainly for the gameplay mechanics.

this a hard copy or digital ??? it looks like a hard copy

It's a hardcopy but all that really means is it's a DVD box with a steam key inside with a few discs to preload some of the game data.

Added to basket successfully but out of stock before I reached checkout! Will keep checking back tomorrow...
Yes, it's a hard copy, as in Game will physically post you the, erm, game so you'll have to wait before you can play it. But, like most games these days, it requires Steam so there will be a code printed somewhere in the box that you will have to use to activate the game on your Steam account before you can play it, and you will have to install it by downloading it from Steam. So it's essentially the same as buying it from the Steam store, you just have to wait for Royal Mail.
Apparently the discs don't actually have the game data on them, just a Steam client installer (which will be out of date by now anyway!) so you have to download the whole game from Steam to install it anyway. Not sure why they bothered giving it a retail release at all if they were just going to do that.
