Found this today while shopping for deals at Toys R Us. Took advantage of the £25 deal a month ago from Argos so now have spare bottles and another breast pump.
Checked the website but it's advertised as half price at £37.49, may be store specific but might help somebody if not.

I did indeed find it easy to switch between breast and bottle with these. You disassemble, put some water in the base and microwave, dead simple.I never owned a steriliser on either children.

Nope no steriliser but handy for the breast pump, extra bottles. The bottles are also self sterilising though I've not tried them yet. Have another 5 months until these are needed.
