Someone may want to pay premium for Makita and hope they can use the charger and batteries buying other tools in the future. not with G-series, I made this mistake once with G-series and returned them to B&Q

Why is everyone pointing out far superior drills etc. Its a diy drill get over it. Most people who buy these are doing the utter basics and not using it for jobs 7 hours a day 5 days a week. Its a good offer by the OP good find. Off to buy my £700 makita drill battery and 3 other attachments that ill use twice in my life time.
It will be ok for a domestic drill especially with 2 batteries

voted hot as a deal but not for me, need to point out these combi drivers are now discontinued and the batteries are not lxt meaning they will not fit the modern range of makita 18v cordless tools.
