I think so but can't verify, never owned it... I had the base digital version, which is pretty much worthless now since the marvel edition definitely includes the base version.

Me too please update to confirm. I'm planning on buying the DC Season pass which gives the packs for both LBP2 and LBPV, so it would be nice if I could finally play LBPV with all content... though at this point I'm not really holding out hope. They've made too much of a mess of it.
