I was interested in one of these a few months back' went into my local store and was told they had none in stock' she phoned 4 other stores and again no stock' gave up in the end' if you can find one then yes it could be a good deal.

Or alternatively I could buy it online from a retailer who has it in stock for the same price, assuming I really wanted this TV.

The only downside to that TV - and it may not be an issue for you - is that it doesn't have Freeview HD, but that is a much hotter price than the original deal here!

if its the lf580v it definitely does have freeview HD
