Their own branded 128GB is about this price. Might even be cheaper. Plus it's USB 3

I was just about to order this from MyMemory at £19.99 and I thought I'd check HUKD so many thanks for the code bringing it further down in price.
Lexar and Corsair are my two favourite brands. Their reputation for reliability are second to none so it's great to see a Lexar 128GB USB 3 with a respectable speed at such a low price

Looks a bit ugly, TBH. Any idea on the write speed and if it suffers from over-heating ?

The only bad experience I had with flash memory was from a lexar sd card, it decided to format itself, lost a load of pictures :disappointed:

Anyone have one of these? A lot of reviews say it's really poorly built and breaks easily.

Anyone know how the actual write speeds compare to the claimed 60MB/s?

For those looking for capacity over speed, have a look at the Wish app (probably available from other sources as Wish is just a supplier-gatherer) - 1TB for £15, 2TB for £18 inc. delivery from China. I've got 4 of the 1TB keys and all check out around 930GB-ish of usable memory. This may have been noted before so apologies if this is so

Interesting but hardly informative. Links ?

Fake rubbish, try writing 930GB and then reading it back.

For clarity - 'the Wish app'
Download it to your smartphone / tablet and search from there. Its an app-only affair so can't provide any links. Once installed, search for '1TB USB' and the products will appear. Its worth installing just for that if nothing else

I have the 32gb version of this key and I really can't recommend it.
there was no problem with speed, and I have not lost my data, however the stick itself is made of poor quality plastic. this might not have been an issue itself, however the actual USB part itself that you insert into a USB port is also made of plastic, and this is prone to breaking.
I am not heavy handed, but it all it took was 2 months of use for that to break. it's a real shame that they did not think to make this part metal as this would have been a really decent USB key for the price! if you plan on plugging it into something and leaving it there. you won't have any issues though.

Yeah, the connector's no good. Mine didn't break as such, but just wore down from use after about a year. I had to jiggle it around in the USB slot to get it to show up. Very poor design.

The same could be said for any flash drive post using that 'logic' - as I am sure you are no doubt aware, a certain percentage of any flash drive is not accessible, rather used by the drive itself for processing and the like. We, as reasonable consumers, choose to overlook this for clarity and simplicity. I trust you will be posting similar comments for every USB drive post that is posted on here. Look out people, reality checks are coming for us all. Gather the hairs for splitting....

You're talking nonsense now. There is not an inaccessible part of a USB drive or any drive, solid state drives may use over-provisioning, but you still receive the capacity you paid for.
I'm guessing you're confused by the difference between GB & GiB. Drives are sold using the GB notation, but most OS's use the GiB notation, so a 1TB drive appears as 931GiB.
What isn't logical is buying a £15 '1TB USB' or £18 '2TB USB' and expecting to receive that. The cost of NAND flash tor a 1TB USB would be many multiples of that cost alone. I suggest you run h2testw on your drive, then report back with the results.
