Knack for ps4 pre owned £5.99 including delivery.
Knack is a PlayStation 4 exclusive action platformer.
Knack is a small robotic creature that is designed to fight in a war against the Goblins. Despite his small size initially, Knack has the power to amass materials and build in size, or disassemble to return to his small state.
A nice game for younger children, and older gamers alike imo

Myself, I don't have ps+, I like physical games, I know many use ps+, but for those who don't, this is a relatively cheap option I thought

Probs won't even play this even if it's on plus. We don't get big games like this anymore anyway.

Honestly, even if I saw Knack going free PLUS you receiving £6 I would still pass on it. Awful, awful game - going off my 30 minutes or so spent with it at launch. Your £6 could go better elsewhere.

It's not a bad platformer, not as good as the old crash, r&c, spyro etc, but still alright

Grainger are decent for cheap used games. Picked up Wasteland 2 for Ps4 last week at just £12.99, it came nigh-on mint. Always worth a peruse - but often only a few copies in stock.

Couldn't be on games with gold ever as games with gold is Microsoft and this is a ps4 exclusive!

Whilst I haven't played this a few friends and family picked it up around launch and really enjoyed it. Felt the reviews were way too harsh and expected something groundbreaking as opposed to a fun and a colourful old school platformer. Think I might try it at this price and see who's right.

I thought it was a enjoyable bright cheerful game, not the best game in the world admittedly, but i felt it was better than a lot of reviews suggested.
As a game for a younger gamer, a good choice, I have friends with autistic children who have thoroughly enjoyed this game.
I hope it makes at least one other gamer happy

Bright and colourful, sure, and I am sure a younger gamer could enjoy it, but clearly considering the design talent of previous work of Mark Cerny reviews were going to be critical. It took a step backwards in terms of gameplay on a new console (was a launch title) and that was never going to bode well.

Was gonna bite the bullet til I say the comments..is the game really that bad?

13 Apr 16#23
If you are a hardcore gamer then don't bother, but if you like to dip in and out of games occasionally it's fine, can be a little repetitive though. And there are a few cut scenes that flesh out the story ...

It is button mashing at its most simplistic, it's a dumbed down cutesy Pixar style version of God Of War. Mark Cerny is the man behind Crash Bandicoot, Spyro The Dragon, Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank etc, all offered far more gameplay objectives.

Come on be fair, it's for kids and families. It was never going to be groundbreaking.
cicobuff
13 Apr 16#32
I am being fair, as were the critics....I was not expecting it to be groundbreaking...I was expecting something better than derivative gameplay that takes more of a step backwards than the consoles preceding it.
It could have, and should have been so much better.

13 Apr 16#33
I would not have minded if it could even be considered a 'platformer' but where are the platforms? It's a God Of War game on rails linear button masher.

Considering how many times people post that Knack will be offered in x, y or z month on PS Plus (alongside Killzone 3) that has become a standing joke along with how many also say they will not buy it at decreasing x, y, or z prices because they believe it is 'imminent' on PS Plus....then yes those of us that got the irony it was funny.
Guess you do not ironic humour.

It's a kids / 2 players couch game.
I end up playing the game with a pal or an old man and its fun but basic.
Not challenging at all but a blast with 2 controllers, Pringles and beer!
