Regarding paypal - simlar happened to me when paying for fast track item at argos, got an error when processing although funds were taken from paypal. I left it till morning as i ordered quite late. Woke up to fast to confirmation emails and fast track number. Dont panic.

Well don't do what I did. Called them up after error, only to be cut off after 5 minutes of music. Check my phone account after and I have been charged £2.50 for the call and didn't even speak to anyone. Classic

********* IMPORTANT FOR THOSE WHO PAYED BY PAYPAL AND IT CRASHED ********

When the system crashed the money was taken, but the order does not show anywhere. All order details have vanished, and the normal customer advisers cannot see anything and get confused.

You need to phone this number 0800 096 3005 this is the banking dept for Very they can see the order failed and authorise the payment back to your Paypal account.

It took me nearly 2 hours to get this number, then 5 minutes to sort out :/

Hope this helps someone.
