They should have mentioned that this copy is non UK version so it useless to trade in, I've talked to Base customer service, once I told them they sent me non UK version he wasted no time and told me he would email returning instruction to me. I'm surprised to see that they failed to mention it was non UK version in their website, never thought misleading customers or not including relevant info still widely practices in online shopping.

Not at all. This is just a fun blowing up game with tons of shooting, real arcade style limited story line testosterone fest!
Pick it up, blow up some stuff, put it down again (except its not that easy as its completely addictive).
I have personally never enjoyed far cry as I find the mindless driving puts me off, it takes itself too seriously and its blooming hard!

It can drop frames a bit when there's a massive amount going on, but it hasn't stopped me from playing this more than any other game in the last 6 months. I recommend the air DLC - it's like being Iron Man

Really want to play this. Does it still have performance issues?

It's pretty much unplayable. Too much lag and driving mechanics are incredibly poor. So much wasted potential. Poorest performing game so far.
