I know this is likely to be store specific - but I spotted Boots have heavily reduced a number of perfumes and aftershaves in their Edinburgh, Princess Street store.
Best bargain was this 200ml spray for £7.50. They also had Davidoff Adventure and Givenchy Intense for £10. Still quite a lot of stock on the shelves.
Hope this helps someone pick up a bargain fragrance!

So no, going by that I don't think it'd be 'race' specific.
