Am I right in thinking the people that tried to apply the code on Thursday and were having problems then should have received this code today? Think many people are thinking if they didn't use or even try on Thursday then they can use it, that's probably why many are complaining and some voting cold.

Yes you can, on Thursday I bought a few bits from the Argos eBay store and picked them up on Friday.

I have the same problem order to buy some food supplement from america, no 20% off on the night when I check out , Tried chat to ebay and they keep saying will transfer me to the right department to sort it out for me, waitting 30mins and nobody respond, keep doing it about 3 times, took me over an hour for nothing, I gave up. Then I have to request cancel my order. Luckily they cancel and refund for me very quickly and then what happens is next day ebay sent me an email to confirm they will sent me the 20% discount to my paypal within 14 days when I already cancel my order, whats a shame and hassle with ebay. Dont know if it helps but i was sent the code and when i view an item on ebay lets say for £100 it says below i can buy it for £80 because of the voucher.
So if youve been given a voucher look for this and maybe that verifies you will get the discount

I tried the first code CUK20 the other day and it never went through but I was using the eBay app..The way it worked for me was to use my laptop and the eBay website. went through no problems.

I wasn't able to complete my original order in the last few minutes. There's nothing on my Ebay about this discount code, but just checked my email and they sent me an email yesterday with the 20% off until 10th April.

Did not work for my account, but sort of glad as made a big purchase last week.

Tried calling a second time and no better, they insist they cannot apply the code/make the code work for me. Considering the thousands I have spent over the years and thousands they have had off me in FVFs it is very disappointing.

I had a problem using the code, trying to but 2 x ps4 games as the order didn't process.

I was actually glad as i would have wasted it saving £4 - instead i made a £210 order saving £42.

For your information entering the code in the ADD VOUCHER section and clicking on APPLY during the checkout process does not necessarily mean you have to actually purchase the product.

When you see the item on ebay just click on "Add to basket" (Under "Buy it now"), then go to your basked and try the voucher code. Not all items allow for "Add to basket", just pick any that allows you to in order to test the code.

Still trying to get our money back from the last code fiasco where they took unauthorised money out our account. Code showed as discounted but full amount taken out of bank (yes we paid via paypal). Paypal said known issue - contact ebay. Ebay have "escalated" it a 2nd time for us. Owed £24!

I used my code on a wii u which I got it delivered to my local argos and I never got a collection code to collect it. I went in their and they said it not on their list and they had a look round. They then said it was sent back as box open and no name on it. The wierd thing is they must of accepted the delivery as someone signed for it. They said I need to contact courier that delivered it. I would of thought that if it is marked as delivered they wouldn't have anything more to do with it. I don't know what to do next
