Filters don't remove a lot of if any of the minerals in the water, most bottled water actually has more minerals in it than tap water. This stuff is basically deionised water, it's pretty much just pure H2O with only the smallest impurities it's far purer than anything out a bottle or domestic filter.

if you have a condenser tumble dryer use the water from there. will get a lovely smell from your fabric conditioner :smiley:
