just picked this up in store in game.
excellent price for a physical copy.
you can find stock using the stock checker. I have checked a few stores and definitely nationwide.

One of the best games of 2015. I got over 100 hours just out of playing the story mode and side missions.

amazing price for this game, game-play wise this is the best game in the last five years for me,
story isn't the strongest and konami have pretty much ruined the online aspects but apart from that its top notch

Yep, it was pretty silly. But always good to have retail version available as a buying option, as they'll often go cheaper quicker than legit steam key sellers.

Came here to mention this. Bought it when it was in stock online recently and the disc is just a CD with the Steam installer on it, which will obviously be out of date as the Steam client is updated frequently, so even that will have to be downloaded/updated first, then the game itself is a 30gb download. You're literally just buying this for the piece of paper with the activation code on it.
So don't buy it thinking you'll be able to install it from the disc, but do buy it because £12.99 is the best price for a Steam key for this game.
