£8.70 for delivery seems a bit outrageous, these weigh next to nothing, even with packaging

Prices posted here should include delivery, and not rely on free delivery only some people get.

I dont belive the free delivery for forum members as overclockers are normally at least £5 dearer than any other place and the extra cost pays for members so called free delivery thats the way it looks to me as when i spoke to delivery driver he said DPD dont charge as much as overclockers charge its customers so wheres the extra money going.

I bought a graphics card from OCUK. When it failed within warranty, the manufacturer said its agreement was for OCUK to repair/replace which it couldn't. OCUK would only give me half of the money I paid for the card which was insufficient to buy a replacement. OCUK were also extremely rude. In comparison, decent retailers are polite and repair or refund (and don't deduct half the money because 'you had x months use of it before it failed').
Cheap for a reason. Caveat emptor.

When you have a fault or problem with a product you should not have to 'post to forums', be impacted negativity, or have to jump through hoops while standing on one leg to get it resolved. And its only when you have a problem or complaint you see how good a company really is.
Every time I've had an issue there's always been some sort of bad support, eBuyer, Scan, OCUK, eBay sellers or Chinese sellers. There's only one company that I have never had an issue getting issues resolved and that's Amazon, more often than not I end up better off than I was before the problem. Hell, when I tell Amazon I have an issue they even phone me within minutes to get it resolved.

More like you've been lucky!
I did check the forums and this type of behaviour from OCUK was par for the course.
In my experience, if you post about problems in the OCUK forums, your posts get deleted.
Often OCUK isn't that cheap and the support sucks. Caveat emptor.

the guy who use to own OCUK was a tool TBH, he was the kind that thought he was doing you a favour by selling you something.... use to rule the forums with a iron fist as well, if you linked to a competitor or criticised anything you were in trouble, as again he felt as it was his forum he could run it how he liked....

Obligatory Kingston warning: The performance of the drive you actually get may be less than half of what they advertise. They aren't an honest or trustworthy company.
