Not strictly true. Terms say "orders will be held for 24 hours from the time we send our email to confirm that your order is available for collection. If you have not collected your order within this timeframe you will be contacted by the store. We reserve the right to automatically cancel and refund any orders not collected within 5 days".
So you'll get a call after a day and if you're too busy to pop in I'm sure they'll keep it aside for a little longer

Good deal if you get the grey reel (predominantly grey hose with yellow line).
I would avoid the green reel with yellow hose as they start to leak and the hose kinks a lot more than the grey hose which is thicker.

Went to collect mine this afternoon and it after much confusion on the part of the staff they gave me the green and yellow version. Questioned it and was told that although the website shows both, the item code relates to the green one and the grey is £30 more expensive! Asked for a refund. Still a good deal, especially if you get the grey, but can't be doing with kinks and leaks!
