I wasn't happy with the replacement offered so left empty handed.
Apparently, they have escalated the problem to management.

Strangely enough B&M have only got the Hoover Spirit Cylinder in store at Leytonstone for £59.99, yet it's £52.64 on Amazon and 49 quid dead on Tesco so I went with this one from Argos at Homebase in Walthamstow anyway, mainly because it was less dramas getting there in the Friday rush hour chaos.
Not expecting anything special for under a bully but as my 10 year old Panasonic died the other day and the fact that I got laminate throughout the flat with a couple of rugs this should do just fine seeing there's an urgent need for some serious dust sucking and swallowing :smirk:
