It states it quite obviously on the item description it is is import, so if it doesn't you should be okay.

I've just ordered uncharted collection special edition off them through game for £30 won't be happy if they send me a foreign case

You will most likely receive a foreign artwork for the case but the game will be playable in multiple languages.

It's worth pointing out that GamesCentre have pre-owned copies for £14 on their website. I'm not sure if the import would prevent future trade in for those who like to?
