So i ended up with loads of splinters from the tent! Made them aware of the situation and told them they needed checked as they are a hazard to children. By the time i got the reply, weeks later, i had binned said tent. I replied to them by email , which they didn't read properly and am now rewarded 35 in goods in compensation. Please be careful with the rods in the tent!

This arrived today and needs to go back! I have sent them an email as i'm currently nursing my hands which are full of glass fibres from the "sticks" which hold the tent up! Just pleased the fibres aren't in my daughter's hands! Be very careful in case it splinters (upon delivery but i didn't realise until too late) as ours did.

I phoned them up and they took postage costs off . great deal!!!! £3.50 for me :smiley:

the tent is great, my daughter got one last week and kids love it. Tried to place an order for one for my house and as others have said it charges you for c&c :disappointed:
