Four craft beers from Flavourly for £4 with £1.50 cash back from Quidco
After cash back this works out at less than 63p each. After buying you have to unsubscribe within 14 days or they will send you another 10 beers for £20. This can be done easily with a few clicks.
Seems worth a try for the price, was very easy to register, just must remember to cancel, as it gets quite pricey afterwards....

I signed up last week as I needed some beer for the bank holiday to see me through until my homebrew is done. Was concerned about a few of the bad reviews, but had no issues at all.
Ordered on a Saturday, they said it would be 48 hours, but they use Royal Mail, I think I got it on the Tuesday.
Went to cancel and they offered a fiver off my next delivery so I took that up, and ended up with 14 bottles for £14 (before cashback).
Had a couple last night, all beer I haven't had before, and they were all great.
Cancellation was really easy too, and for £20 pcm for 10 bottles the full price isn't bad at all I don't think, I will probably subscribe again for a few months closer to Christmas.
For those on free postcode lottery (you should sign up if not- it's free) you'll sometimes find a Flavourly offer in the 'bonus' section for a box of 10 beers for £10... Worth keeping an eye out.

Does anyone know if these are 330ml, 500ml or mixed? Measuring the amount of bottles you get for £20 is pointless without knowing the size. It's all about the per 100ml :P

30 Apr 16#18
No it's not. It's all about the taste, and the quality and getting beers not available in the supermarket without having to pay loads of postage.
I got the £2 for 4 bottles deal last week (no cashback) and got a 500ml, 2x 330ml and a 12oz import bottle. The 12oz looked the smallest, but was by far the best. I was going to cancel straight away, but I'm still deciding whether to carry on or not.

3 May 16#41
Same here just had cancellation email, which isn't geared up for them cancelling so reads like I cancelled it and I'd still get any inflight orders. seems like a poor business decision really. It would hardly have bankrupted them actually giving the trial at a reduced rate rather than more expensive than more expensive per bottle than their normal rate. Weird promotion.
Noticed on Twitter they were trying to promote their next craft beer box having punk IPA in. While I do enjoy punk IPA it's easily one of the most readily available craft beers on the market so if that's the selling point of the box maybe i would have ended up cancelling anyway.

Don't get why they are cancelling orders?
Was it a misprice? Seemed a perfectly normal joining offer to me, cheap yes, but then just one full price order after would surely have gone a long way to restoring them to profit I'd have thought.
That said I haven't had a cancellation message yet but sounds like is just a matter of time unfortunately....

Had a cancellation email for my order too. Very poor customer service. I would have been very tempted to continue using them, but now I won't bother even considering them in future.
Their website now has the trial offer at £24 for 4 beers, what an absolute bargain at only £6 per beer!!!! I think I'll be giving this very amateurish company a very wide berth.
uczmeg
3 May 16#45
Actually the £4 for 4 beers isn't really that huge a loss leader. If it was £4 for the £20 case of 10 then I'd be more likely to understand them getting cold feet.

I was actually considering ordering anyway at the £12 if all else failed but was shocked to read it is now £24 delivered for four bottles! Why would anyone do that when you can get the full membership with 10 bottles at £20, seems like someone has really messed up.

3 May 16#55
Hey all,
Ryan here - founder of Flavourly,
I wanted to respond to some of the comments here and apologise for any confusion.
I set Flavourly Craft beer club up so that consumers could discover really good, fresh craft beer from the best microbreweries who don't have a route to market.
As part of trying to make our service as accessible as possible, we have been testing a trial membership with a 4 pack box when the link was shared here. This lead to a huge spike of sales over the bank holiday before we could take the offer down, for which we didn't have enough stock (we don't hold lots of stock, but order little and often so our beer is as fresh as possible), so regrettably we have had to cancel some orders.
Every order that has been cancelled was immediately fully refunded (per our T&C's), and I have just sent out an email to apologise, explaining the situation and also offering a £10 off voucher for our full size box (normally £20), so it is still £1 per beer (same as the trial offer per bottle).
I hope that helps and clears things up,
If you have bought and have any questions please do get in touch, [email protected].
Best,
Ryan

4 May 16#58
Ya same here they blamed a uk deal website for the influx of orders and said they couldn't fulfil. Though if you give us £6 more we'll give you 6 more beers
samsonious
4 May 16#59
Yeah what's the rationale behind not being able to fulfill orders of 4 beers but can fulfill 10??? An up front email saying sorry there's a delay because of overwhelming demand would have been so much better user experience than "oh sorry YOUVE cancelled"
ST3123
4 May 16#60
Yes, I wonder too how they can supply a larger amount of beer but cannot supply the smaller 4 bottle trial packs, though maybe they just figure that a good 50% plus of people will just write it off and not bother to reorder, which is probably true, but not great for customer retention either!
I got the 10 bottles £10 offer with the cancellation email, which to be fair to Ryan, was suitably apologetic. I'm really on the fence about taking it up. The price isn't bad but I have to say the appeal of the original offer was the lower cost (as you are only committing to 4 bottles) and the cashback, which actually got the cost closer to 50P per bottle.
Perhaps Ryan could confirm if the 10 bottle offer can be run through Quidco (or TCB) for cashback in addition to the £10 price? I'm guessing not as it seems to be a bespoke offer link in the email rather than a code I can type in but I'd love to be proven wrong on that....

quidco tracked for me when I re-ordered the 10 for £10 offer
FlavourlyRyan
4 May 16#62
Hey,
The 4 pack and 10 pack boxes are completely different products, using different boxes, magazines, guides and specific beers ordered in specific quantities for each all tied into our IT / Stock system. So that's why although the trial box stock is gone we can still send the 10 pack - is our core product, so we keep higher stock levels for our monthly customers.
I would have preferred to email everyone in advance of the orders being cancelled, however the way our IT system is set up that is not possible - you are right it would have made for a better user experience.
Hope that helps,
Thanks,
Ryan

Hey,
I'm afraid cashback from an affiliate won't be possible on this offer (any that accidentally track will be declined) - to be perfectly clear, 10 small batch craft beers for £10 is already an absolute bargain. Most of our beers retail for £3+ in speciality stores, and all of the other beer clubs are £3 per bottle or £1.75 with their introductory discount.
I'm not sure if you will know, but just to make everyone aware, every sale that an affiliate such as Quidco claims charges the company an additional commission fee, which means that the boxes are actually being sold at a loss in the hope customers will want to continue on. As a small independently owned company, we have to be very careful with affiliate programmes.
Hope that helps,
Ryan

Hi Ryan, I decided to take the apology offer but I can't get it to work as on the payment screen (with the card details after you choose beer type) it says the voucher isn't valid "Voucher XXXXXX not valid on this purchase". I've omitted the actual voucher in case it's not account specific. I have ensured I am logged into my account, tried re-entering it but it's not working, and showing I will be charged the full £20 so I didn't complete the order, could you pm me a new code please or advise on what I might be doing wrong?
