You configure in the Android Pebble app. Menu -> Settings -> Incoming call responses.

It is in the pebble s/w for me... Not sure what it has to do with network. I get a call and instead of answering, I select the message on my watch.

What network are you using as I definitely can't see that feature with O2?

I use Android Wear's "Okay Google, remind me at (time) to do blah blah blah" feature quite often. It's convenient because you don't even have to press a button, so you can do it even while your other hand is busy carrying something. Is it easy to do the same thing on Pebble Time?

I don't own any smartwatch, and this could be out of date information but perhaps this app is what you're looking for >
It does work in the UK. You have the choice of dictating a message or using a canned message. I think what happened is that feature wasn't available in the States until recently with Verizon and AT&T now supporting it.

That facility is only for Verizon and AT&T (i.e. American) customers only i.e. it doesn't work in the UK.

I have a non-time version and use it daily. I find it rather useful.
1) bring up sms notification of my train seat when approaching the train (I don't have to get my phone out of my pocket).
2) adjust track / volume of music when walking to work without having to get phone out of my pocket.
3) Phone is on silent at work now. My wrist vibrates to let me know of notifications. The configurable txt responses to calls are cool too.

It's a much easier and simpler OS for a watch it quicker to get to everything and doesn't involve you losing any screen space whilst your using it and the battery is insane especially when using heavy applications like running or something when you are in constant sync with your phone.

Old tech but good for batt life but not something you would show as a luxury item

You can't go wrong with the pebble I have this and a smartwatch 3 and use the pebble 90% of the time so useful and the battery last longer than a day so actually useful!

Why do you prefer the pebble to your SW3?

I somewhat agree. I have had the smartwatch 3 for around 2 weeks now, but I do miss my pebble. Mainly the simplicity of the OS in pebble

Heat for the price. I paid a lot more when ordered at pre-launch price last year from Pebble HQ. Sadly I took an instant dislike to it mainly for the poor display and overall toy-like appearance on the wrist. Premium it is not. Excellent battery life though. Sent it back to Pebble for a full refund. Haven't bought a smartwatch since.

Many thanks, finally caved in and purchased. I've never enjoyed wearing a watch before (never had a nice one) but I've always been interested in owning a Pebble so hoping it's as great as they seem to be.
