I'll stick with my DeWalt, everyone's got there preference for whatever reason.
I chose DeWalt so I could utilise the DeWalt charger as I already had an 18v, the impact has slightly more torque than the others in the 10.8v range, at the time certainly, and the T-Stak case fits with the 18v nicely.

And you can have one on charge whilst using the other.
Think I shall stick with Bosch though.

4.0 Amp Batteries are not better. Or 5.0 amp. They are way too heavy to hold still while you are trying to drill a neat hole into walls and brickwork. So 2 18volts 2 Amp batteries are far superior.

10.8volt drill and impact will handle 90% of jobs the DIYer will use them for.

Even tradesman have these in there collection, they are very handy indeed.

The power in the impact is very under-rated by those who have never used one, totally agree with the comment above re power in the drill, I'd look upon the drill more as a screwdriver or for pilot holes.

18volt 2ah batteries are best

Erbauer are a good brand. Made in China to a good specification. Metal gearbox. Good hammer action for drilling into brick. I've been using one for couple of years for work - and it's had no problems. Does the job well. I would be looking for more power than this drill delivers..10.8 volts isn't going to do tough jobs. I've got these, albeit with the smaller batteries. Really useful, practical size and haven't had any issues, even with me treating them badly. I'd buy Erbauer again.

It is hot as people can read and see it is a higher capacity battery 4Ah not 1.3Ah as some other offers shown in thread - for a everyday working tool might by a good deal - question about the build quality and gears material but seems to be nice tool set.

I bought the 2.0Ah drill a couple of weeks ago from Screwfix and I can highly recommend their equipment. It feels and looks high quality.
