Can't gaming chairs just be like, you know, a normal chair? I'd be all over this if it didn't look like someone skinned a power ranger!
You must work in a sad office if you can't have a coloured chair on castors.

Ok, so if I follow that logic, why spend £60 on something that is "only a bloody office chair"? Why not £50...£40, and so on. A quick search on this forum finds cheaper chair deals, as I'm sure general internet searching would.
Money and 'worth' is subjective. I'm certainly not going to drop £500 on a chair, but equally I was reluctant to spend £60 on this, as outlined. Your mileage may vary.

Well that is the point. If it's just a rebrand of a generic chair, is it 'decent'? I'm not spending anyone's money for them though, so folks are free to order if they wish.

Who cares what you think its a decent chair and that's it...
Not comparing on price, but having been looking for a chair for a while I recalled seeing something similar. There are some minor differences, but I'm slightly concerned at how similar they are. Concerned enough that it will probably stop me ordering, as it suggests it might just be a rebrand of a fairly generic chair.

That chair looks a bit like the one I have! There's quite a few Chinese generics of the "racing chair" style. Though the ebuyer one doesn't have the ability to raise/lower armrests mine does.
Paid around £50 for mine (it's a Chinese seller though it came pretty quickly, maybe they have EU warehouses?)
Looks a decent chair that; potentially in a different league to this one in fairness....might have to wait until I can justify that spend instead :stuck_out_tongue:
Any recommendations on one if you have a poor back? I tend to find it quite painful to sit on a chair like that for an hour or so, feels like all the strain is concentrated on my tail end, lower back. It gets unbearable after a while. It seems to be worse on chairs that force your back into an arch.

And why don't they just use car chairs? I've never sat in an uncomfortable car chair, also never sat in a comfortable computer chair. If I wasn't do damned lazy I'd make my own.
Ikea Markus chair all day long. Had one for years, the perfect mix of comfort and affordability. They can compete with Herman Miller on comfort whilst still being affordable. Nice find though OP. Heat added.

He plays PC games most evenings so it gets a lot of use and has stood up well to it. I'd definitely buy it again, even though I was a bit cautious to begin with. We bought it for £79.99 from eBuyer too, so this is hot from me.

Yea brilliant chairs mate, i have been through so many of these budget chairs to know that they just dont last. They pretty much all come from China and the base is so weak it just fails eventually. I must have had 5 of them in total.
Then i read some reviews about the IKea one on here and took the plunge, think i paid £120 but it was the best money ive spent.
For anybody interested in this gaming chair....they have been around this same price for years.....
They are all rubbish. I don't care if it has good reviews, ive sat on them and used them for months. They are crap

Not in my experience
Its all chinese junk, bit of extra padding to make it look nicer but in the end the chair will fail. I've had enough of these £40-£70 chairs in my time to know! they all fail after 6 - 12 months use
The tilt is usually the first to go, which causes it to go back at a slight angle which really messes with your back
It's a lot more expensive but you will not be sorry that you spent the extra in the long run. I've had it over 5 years now and its just the same as when i first bought it.

I'm pretty average build, most likely on the skinnier side for my age but a chair like this would kill my backside after a fair few hours. I have a Bariatric office chair  just for the comfort, highly advise it anyone likes to sit in front their PC for 6+ hours on a sunday!
