DuckTales: Remastered is a hand-crafted, beautiful reimagining of one of the most cherished 8-bit titles of all time. Go back to one of the golden ages of gaming, but now refined with a level of detail that will please the most hardened devoted Disney or retro Capcom fan, alike. Featuring hand-drawn animated sprites, authentic Disney character voices talent and richly painted level backgrounds from the classic cartoon TV series, Scrooge McDuck and family come to life like never before. The gameplay retains the authenticity of its 8-bit predecessor, simple and fun, with slight modifications to improve gameplay flow and design. Embark on an authentic DuckTales adventure, as Scrooge McDuck and his three nephews; Huey, Dewey and Louie travel to exotic locations throughout the world in their quest to retrieve the five Legendary Treasures.

Don't remember this at all, but I do remember a game with Donald Duck game where he had a big wooden mallet that I loved.

Although, thinking about it, I could be wrong. I'm sure he was armed with a plunger.

Quackshot was on the Megadrive and he had a plunger; very highly rated game back in it's time

Would snap this up if it would have been backwards compatible.

I have about £20 on my Xbox live account but it won't let me use it to purchase 360 games, only Xbox One games! Is this correct or just something I'm experiencing?

You have to use the 360 console to use the credit for 360 games for some reason.

Buy it on the xbox website if you still want it.
EDIT: just noticed you don't have a 360! OOPS

What Android do you have? I have a Sony Z2 and it lets me pair a dualshock 3 for Android games - won't hurt to give it a try.
Definitely looks like a plunger to me :stuck_out_tongue:

I just dug out my old BOXED copy of Duck Tales for the old original Gameboy, looked on ebay and the cheapest with box and manual is £35!
Retro game prices are skyrocketing these days

I saw Knuckles Chaotix go for around £150 on eBay. I considered selling but then held onto it...

Well since apparently this game isn't backwards compatible it's just saved you wasting £2.99 :-)

Loved Quackshot back in the day. You could shoot plungers which shot enemies but also stuck to the wall so you could make a ladder. The only annoying thing was you couldn't save your progress so you had to finish it in one go.
True, was hoping to get it now with the chance of it getting backwards compatibility in the future... even though I already have it on PS3 and Android... just an excuse to use my Microsoft credit haha
