They are 2.99 now. OP has 2.79 probably due to the 30%off sticker 3.99 x 70% = 2.79.

Bought this today for £3.99 in Liverpool. The mini pump isn't that good and the rubber ring inside comes out so might return that. They have the multi tool with chain tool for £3.99 too
