​This happened to me.too. I checked and it turns out I'm not in the parenting club anymore. It expired when my oldest turned 3 (although I currently have a 5 month old and 2 year old as well) so I've just had to re-apply. maybe it's the same for you. annoying!!!!

First of all log in as code only works for baby club members. Then add all the cereals you want, paste code to coupon box and it deducts £1 off each box you added. Brilliant price.
