Yup, cashback received today for both me and my wife's claims. Of course, after chatting a little bit with them on facebook yesterday and was told to wait for a few days.
Haven't tasted the beer yet, though.

Received my £5 today also, after complaining through the contact us form on their website. Seems you need to chase it to be paid.... dodgy.

Put my codes in two days ago and £5.00 went in bank this morning.

So, after contacting them yesterday my money is finally in the bank! It shows as a credit from Hive Online Ltd. i hope everyone else has finally received theirs too.

Just submitted mine today. Sounds like I'll be in for a long wait.

Still no sign of it for me either and I submitted my codes a few weeks ago.

No reply on twitter, but they have replied on Facebook messenger. It is an agency taking care of the payments and they have assured Charles Wells that they have processed all entries received so far. If there is a delay then it is in the banking system and therefore out of Charles Wells' hands.

If the funds don't reach my bank today they should be there soon. If they are not there soon then I have to get back onto them to chase it up again.

I suggest everybody pesters them on Facebook messenger if you have not received the payment by the end of this week/early next week. If i receive the payment in the meantime I will let you all know.

Yeah, they'll probably start requesting the receipts which many of us, myself included, do not have anymore... Could be a real waste of money, if the beer tastes like their offer.

Same. By the looks of it noone has had any money, seems like a bit of a con. Trading standards might be contacted soon. I've messaged the company through facebook and they said they'd look into it with no reply

When i wrote down my codes on their website, they were saying that money should be received during the 1st week of the next month, which is this month now, but nothing yet. Did anyone receive their cashback?

Currently drinking this, ok for free but I ain't ordering any more cos it ain't as nice as Green King IPA, Spitfire or Pedigree

the system has blocked me from claiming as my dad already has done even though it's supposed to be one per person not per household. we have the same initials but our own bank accounts and obviously different dob. has anyone else had a similar problem?

wow someone actually copied the codes on the bottles i bought and claimed without buying them, hope i can send a picture with a receipt clearly showing i have them in my possession and then their claim will get cancelled.

They were all gone in asda by the beach in Aberdeen, I didn't notice anything about 4 for £5, is this 4 single bottles or a multipack?

There were bottles of this in Asda in Sinfin,Derby. I bought 3 bottles about an hour ago and there were at least 8 left on the shelf.
