you pay EUR 50 + delivery = total EUR 56.05. If you have one of those fee free credit card, this is equivalent to 46£. The same one is sold on amazon UK for £78.95, which works out to be 40% off. Good deal for me. :)

Bose and Beats are the audio equivalent of Dyson.....overpriced and mediocre!

Too true. Bose do very few things right but when they do they're very right. I personally prefer the Soundmagix E10s (£30 in Richer Sounds).

Or you could do some research beforehand and not be THAT person which returns stuff out of your own convenience. Your one of the reasons why as an independent seller online I stopped selling online as people would just buy a new item and send it back used as it wasn't what they thought it might be. Educate yourself in what your buying, and if it genuinely isn't up to spec return it.

Heat!Amazing item.I have owned one of these since the last few months and use it regularly at work.Very comfortable and lightweight, sits perfectly within the ear with no irritation.I have recently ordered another pair from Amazon Denmark for my fiancé though it's not yet delivered, but nevertheless a little patience for nearly 50% off is worth it.

these headphones are not worth the money. e10s far superior but prone to breaking. recently bought Sony 650s, the brass ones for £45. they are mind blowing.

Yep.... Your advice is spot on for a cheap set of ear phones. I've had both that you mentioned. I've also had bose in the past and I done think that they aren't decent quality for rrp. This is a good deal if you are looking for bose. I moved onto the Sen ie80s.... Sublime with some foam tips.

I just can't bring myself to spend more than £25 on something which is as easily lost/broken as earphones.
Is the sound quality worth the extra money vs something like a Sennheiser cx300 ii?

I too wonder about this
I could imagine if your sitting in a very quiet room with a great system playing the music then the sound on better head phones will sound a tiny bit better
but for every day use and playing some music on some mobile phone the outside noise all bleeding into the sound then I should imagine you would have a very hard time telling a lot of head phones apart

Agreed, got Piston Hybrids from Gearbest, absolute steal for the quality and price.
Plenty loud for me, listening at about 75-80% output from a 6P.
Iv tried alot of in ear headphones nothin can beat the sound quality bass treble - perfect of the apple earpods if only they were one stroke louder

I posted the last deal- fairly happy with them, lovely balanced sound but they do let a lot of sound in so aren't great for the tube or on the train near noisy kids! I disagree about the sound magic e10s , I had two pairs of them break on one ear within 3 months and they seemed a little muddier at quiet volumes.

Get the hybrids you won't be disappointed. I own a lot of headphones and these are the ones I listen to the most despite them being the cheapest by a long shot.
Make sure you buy them from somewhere like gearbest to avoid fakes.

Wasn't that impressed when I had these. Comfort/fit great but rubbish noise isolation if you're going to be using them out and about etc.
Thanks OP! At this price I'm happy to give them a go! :smirk:

Yes, but ever since i bought an e11k mobile phone amp (ebay) last week for my Bose headphones and Diddy beats earphones...OMFG where has this sound been all my life? it sounds so much better, louder, clearer detail than without the amp, highly recommend the Fiio e11k.

so much sound leakage in these headphones - maybe worth a try with the StayHear+ tips instead of the ones these come with

If the E10's are better than these Bose ones, then the Piston 3's have much better sound than the E10's as I have both. Save yourself some cash and get some Xiaomi Piston 3's or the newer Xiaomi Hybrids for about £9.

Not sure where people who are saying these are awful have bought them from (fakes?), but i got a set about 18months ago and they're the best sounding and most comfortable earphones i've ever had... that's from about 15 sets down the years!... never fall out when running and you'ld forget they're even in.

Just went from the Piston 3s to some Shure SE535s, I know there is obviously a big difference but the Piston 3 or the dual driver ones they do are the best things you can get on the market for price to performance I think.

Anything is overpriced if it doesn't suit your needs. Though I don't like Beats, many do. Sound is very subjective. For example, I have a Dyson Animal, and I've tried a few other brands for getting dog hair out of carpet etc, and the Dyson is the best at it and hands down the most reliable. They're not necessarily the best at one given thing, but they do everything to a satisfactory level, for me.

Really? I'm on my third pair of these, always led to believe they were great (spent around £120 on each) until I tried Sennheiser's. Go to a store and listen to these and a pair of Sennheiser momentum in ear, you'll realise how cheap these sound!

I used to work in a hifi shop many years ago and Bose was one of the brands we did in addition to many other brands and we thought they were awful both in sound quality and build quality for their price. You get could get much, much better for far less money. I used to demonstrate them to customers and sadly had to present them in a positive light to any customer who was interested and sold a few however its a brand I've always avoided myself. Its a high margin, high marketing cost product normally that never justifies its price. Last Bose I tried out of curiosity was headphones in a shop and was not surprised how average the sound was despite its high price based on my previous experience. If I'm buying headphones its likely to be Sennheiser, AKG, Grado or even Sony for a few models not Bose.

Yeah you could do that. Great comment. Really sad that you've had to leave the independent online selling game... But if it carries a £90 RRP and only delivers the quality of something of around £9, then you could just return it. In actual fact, maybe you should educate yourself pal. As Bose openly advertise on their website that if you are not satisfied you can return them within 30 days. You clown.

Two things you can guarantee on a Bose deal thread. 1 - a bunch of people saying they sound fantastic, and 2 - a bunch of other people saying they are crud and don't sound as good as Soundmagics, etc...
