I noticed I had some money sat in my Quidco account so signed in on my desktop to withdraw it. I was immediately presented with the offer of a £10 bonus payment on my next purchase before the end of April, which you have to opt in to, to receive.

I know this has been on previously and some people didn't receive their bonus, but I did and although it took a few months, it was a nice bonus all the same. Anyway, hope this helps 'some' people receive an extra 10 quid for nowt.

Just sign in to your account to see if you're eligible for the bonus too. Offer ends midnight 30th April

It's select accounts only. Just noticed the URL in the T's & C's for the offer is [url]www.quidco.com/incentives/incentive-april-ten-act-la[/url] and they've also emailed the offer out, but I don't seem to recall seeing an email

It took about 2 or maybe 3 months to receive my bonus last time, and there was nothing displaying in my account to show that I would get it along with my purchase % that showed as tracked. I'd say if it was just last month then you've not waited long enough

No offer this time, but did opt in for a previous deal some time ago. At that time I had to chase a lot to get the £10, as it didn't show up as tracking, so was hassle. In the end, it came through twice, so netted £20.

not on my account.
I am actually hating quidco, almost every transaction that I have carried out on there for the cashback has been declined, not shown up, etc. So most of the time I am opening up claims and having to fight for it.
Don't even use it that much but when I do remember to use it then it either works or doesn't. Can't be bothered with it anymore.
What a crap company, then they expect us to sign up for the premium membership packages. They can't even get the basic one right.

Absolute joke.

It probably won't show up until your purchase cashback is confirmed. If it doesn't, just contact them via a support ticket and they will soon resolve it for you.

Got the deal last year, signed in to use it and was told that numbers were limited and I'd missed out! Ffs, useless.

I was told that those who missed out would get it next time. Didn't happen.

I think I must be the world's unluckiest person on cashback sites. They nearly always go wrong on every transaction. Told 4 family members and friends about one of the sites. They made purchases and all of them went wrong.

I think I could train monkeys to run better sites.

I just had the transaction I made in December whilst this offer was running go to payable. No £10 given and I met all the conditions. Sigh.

For the purpose of this thread I'm going to submit a support ticket and shall report back.

I had it last month and it paid out. Which I was really surprised by as I'm still waiting on a £2.50 instore casback from Halfords and 11p from Very both from last December. I raised a query in March and they are currently still looking in to it. As a rule I find TCB much more reliable and quicker.
