Their pricing is all over the place. Disappointing.

Price in basket was also showing £3.00 - £12.00 so I phoned customer service to get the advertised sale price of £1.50 - £6.00 :smiley: lady informed me that she would get the "glitch" sorted.

Yeah it's stating that the original prices were now £30/£20/£10.

I'd keep an eye on it, will probably go back down in price soon.

Do you want to calm down and stop posting that? The link was never the issue, the page always shows the lower prices. Try to checkout or view your bag, the prices are doubled. Despite what others have said the price is doubled all the way through to the payment page for me.

It's the basket/checkout page that's causing the problem!

Apologies! The frustration is running high, I've been needing towels for a while. I've not gotten these prices in several attempts, going all the way through to final order review.

I've had the same problem, stating £6 on page added to basket says £12!! RING THEM UP IVE JUST GOT MINE AT £6

Gave them a ring and they sorted it.2 hand towels and 2 bath towels for £10 total.Lady I spoke to applied £10 promotional code to sort it.

Anybody get a screen shot of the original price as advertised? I'm annoyed at the time wasting having them in my basket. They kept me on chat for ages whilst they changed ( doubled )prices then I got a chat not available at this time. Should have at least shown an out of stock message.

I managed to order 4 bath sheets @ £6 each and 4 hand towels at £1.50 each. The price showing on the item page was £12 and £3 respectively but in the basket it reduced. I ordered at 9:25 this morning if that makes any difference. Absolute bargain!

I ordered just after 11:30am today, and the glitch was still there. Phoned and they refunded the difference. Only Mocha and Pink were left for Bath Sheets.

I ordered some early this morning at the price stated - ordered more lunchtime but they were at the higher price - just phoned and they honoured the original price for me so £10 back! BUT person I spoke to made it clear that any further orders will be at the price now on the website so well done everyone who got the lower price - probably was a 75% discount ...... thanks for the original post!!!!

In fairness she was quite rude to me & spoke to the manager twice. Once to see if she could give the discount as she said no. Came back on the phone & she saw I'd ordered 4 bath sheets, two bath towels & two hand towels then said "well it's a once off discount...it won't ever happen again but I didn't realise you'd ordered hundreds". My response was "well with respect, I'm not a hotelier so wouldn't need hundreds, however, had you not incorrectly advertised them at half the price they should be I perhaps wouldn't have ordered so many". She then trundled off to the manager again & sounded appalled he/she had agreed. Huffing & puffing away I finally got what I was fully entitled to. I wasn't rude at all...she just got the appropriate responses to her manner. Cant wait to pick them up tomorrow. I might email a picture to customer services!

Picked mine up today, for the money they are OK but very thin not the greatest.

Collected mine from store today-really impressed. I have also washed and dried them and found them to be thick towels, really really happy with deal, cheers op! :smile:
