found these reduced in asda hollins road Oldham
a friend told me they were reduced in her local based in Manchester so I thought I'd check my local. can only assume it may be national?

I got the normal little angel pull up pants (size 5, 36 pack) for £1.87 in Asda waterlooville, they are changing to peppa pig pull up pants so selling old stock reduced, so if you find them it should be national
