Cotton in toilet paper! On the surface this seems crazy, cotton won't break down in septic tanks/sewerage systems, sewerage engineers must be looking forward to this.

Devil is in the detail. Andrex have cut the classic roles down from 240 sheets to 221 each. So the 3 for free is actually 2 and a bit 'free'. Which? reported this on a piece on shrinking products. Prices have either risen or stayed the same on most of these smaller products.
