On the payment page where you enter your card details there is a panel on the right hand side, you have to click to expand it.
And yes, it is in a stupid place, hidden out of the way.

Adidas I always go 1 size up for men's. I'm 10 so get 11. Ill give this one a miss as I've just got some new Nikes and about 4 pair of workable trainers.
