has anyone ordered for Branch pick up? I ordered on Sat and have had 1 confirmation email but nothing since... on the email there is an FAQ where one of the questions is "how long do I have to wait for store pick up?" however when I click it, there is no answer to that question!

Can someone help? I'm late to this party, The promo code's finished I only want to order 1 item and the 15% sign up voucher doesn't work on sale items and now it's not free delivery too.
They said if you leave a review they email you a 10% voucher and also there should be a leaflet in your packages when you've ordered for 10% off your next order, if anyone doesn't need theirs could you PM me please?

Hi Emily. Click and collect doesn't work on sale items with the code. But if you put a non-sale product (eg cheap pair of socks) in the basket first, then your sale products with the 20% it should go through. Then pay for what you want when you go to collect. Hope that helps. Torres
