is sainsburys one of these places you can keep creating new accounts to use the new customer vouchers? ie the one mentioned above

just ordered a massive shop this morning! went back to change and managed to add all but the squashums and cheerios which they must not have in stock. so thanks so much as got a lot of free stuff!

Be warned they have limited number of free items, if the limit runs out they still deliver and charge you for them.Doesn't tell you when you enter code online!! Last time we had this deal I was billed an £7.80.

So if you want freebies get an early delivery!! xx

I've added the vouchers but they don't cover the full cost of the items, e.g. the tulips are £2.50 but the voucher is for £1.96 - anyone else found this?

There is an ongoing problem with Sainsbury's evouchers. If you have any other vouchers (I was sent £4.50 voucher in the post) then even if you apply all the Free vouchers FREExxxx first they initially show as the correct value. However as soon as you add the postal voucher (in my case) the Free vouchers reduce in value. I have emailed their customer services again...... Total difference of £1.56 for all 8 vouchers which is owed to me.

Worked for me, I put in the codes for some of the freebies, all came out at correct price, I then made sure my spend was still over the £60 spend to use the £20 off voucher. All vouchers came off at the full value. Stated in my confirmation email: You have used 7 vouchers to the value of £30.65 on this shop. If you have vouchers which you would like to use for this order you can still add these - see changing your order below.

It's disappointing that the terms of the free products aren't clearer on our website. I realise this is frustrating this is and am sorry this has happened.

For each offer, under the terms, it states that there is a limited amount of products that can be given for free to be redeemed within a time limit or until all samples have been redeemed. Additionally, it states, that it's not valid in conjunction with any offer, subject to availability while stocks last and one free sample per account.

You can find the terms of each promotion by clicking on the '+' icon just under the redemption instructions.

The reason why the values of the vouchers are being reduced is because you’ve added more than one free voucher to the order. If you wish for the value of one voucher to be reinstated, please reply to this email stating which voucher you wish to keep and we will remove the other vouchers from the order that are causing this error to occur.

We appreciate the time you've taken to contact Sainsbury's.

What happens if you use the £20 off £60 voucher and for some reason your final bill is less than £60 (say you return one of their substitutions for example when they deliver it)? Do you lose the £20 off?
