The shelf edge label was £2.50 but my Morrisons honoured the price @ £1.50... :laughing:

Did it initially go through at £2.50?
The Bertolli today was showing as £1.87, but scanned at £1. Shopitize sorted.

If you have to resubmit a receipt, is there any way to see what receipt you first submitted?
We have an account each, so claim once each with different receipts. I would like to know which one is the correct receipt to send...............if that makes sense.
Basically, it's a 50 - 50 chance without knowing the correct one!

Unfortunately there's no way of checking unless you simply ask them for more details. Is it on Checkoutsmart or Clicksnap? So you managed to get some for £1.50 today? :laughing:

Ahh that's a shame, I would simply ask them for more details to avoid uploading the wrong receipt. But COS don't usually ask for receipts to be re-submitted... :laughing:

I used to mark the back of the receipts, but that's for Shopitize.
Pretty rare an issue with COS.
But yes, separate them, if you have joint accounts.
COS were excellent though, great customer service.
