Yes my friend experiences these problems. Maybe its been purposefully done by Google so phone will be left alone whilst charging, so faster charging.

Most of the time I don't use the phone when it's charging but in the past it has slowed down although a couple of times I've had a quick browse recently when I've put it on charge it's seemed ok.

My friend has this problem and they even got to the stage of not using the phone whilst it's charging

In the past? What did you do to fix the problem? Or was it fixed after a software update?
