Great price for 4 wine glasses, just over 18p per glass! Great for people starting out in a new house, or just to add to the collection! Found in Sainsbury's Saltcoats

Thanks, I'm going in on Friday and picking some up, heading off to uni in September so it'll be a start for my new house :stuck_out_tongue: gotta love a bargain!

When did students start drinking from glasses instead from the bottle?

When all the other glasses are piled up unwashed, a glass is a glass at the end of the day!

Drink from the bottle and no washing up. Those were the days.

I don't know about the rest, but I'm gonna be using a glass.

Sainburys also sell basic wine to go in these.

The glass doesn't make the wine taste better.

Mine had around 6 packs left, and I would imagine they'd have more in the stock room :innocent:

These were reduced to clear in our sainsburys 18 months ago at 45p for 4. Bought 10 packs and use them for parties - cheaper than plastic cups. Still a good price at 75p but may go lower. The sleeve can be re-folded around the glasses for easy storage (the sleeve is a one-peice design).
