I had an email saying just the one pair of pants were oos....still no despatch email though. My order included 6 pairs of 'pants' (anongst others) and I've receive the refund even though they were 3for2

BE CAREFUL GUYS. I seem to have only been given a partial refund if my order of the knickers. Dunno what that's all about? And if they do that to a couple hundred people that's easy bucks for them if people don't notice the few quids they're not refunding. Quite a pain in the a*** company customer service to deal with I have to admit..but I couldn't resist. That's me learnt the hard way lol

Yeah I got dispatch emails for the bras but knickers got cancelled and I'm guessing that might be the case for everyone who ordered them at 3 for 2..

A***holes cancelled the knickers which I'm gutted about because wanted a matching set!! But they sent out the bras. I wonder if they cancelled them because we used the 3for2 thing..

Thanks for this. The knickers at least also seem to be on 3 for 2, or at least the ones I had selected are coming up with a promotion. Might be worth upping the quantities while checking your basket total to see where the promotion kicks in.
