I did a few days ago, on my email there is a barcode to show or print out for use instore and a code to use for online shop ..haven't got the app so cannot comment for those with the app.

I didn't get an email. Got a notification on my reward card app. U might get 25% off at a later date since uv got the app now... Might only be for existing app users. Not 100%
