If you are over 70 and can't use the Internet or the guide on your TV.

It's aimed at the over 50s, so for instance "Dad's Army" repeats are always in "Today's Choice". Adverts for hearing aids, stairlifts etc fill the magazine. Anyone under 50 would feel young reading it! But they know who their remaining readership is.

depends on what you want from it, mainly more elderly people prefer it over a digi guide

I use the onscreen myself, however my mum still prefers the RT guide, which is the only reason I get it

Same here a couple of years ago. The thought seems nice initially but I'm afraid looking in a magazine (which by the end of the week starts falling to bits) for TV listings, when you've got a nice electronic on screen guide which does exactly the same thing, only quicker and easier, seemed a bit pointless in this day and age. None of us were particularly interested in any of the stories or previews either so in the recycling bin it went.
fantastic deal if you actually make use of it though. I remember once upon a time you had to buy both the Radio Times and TV Times just to know what was on all four channels!
