(My first post here so I hope that it is helpful!)
This has been cheaper in the past (around 4 months ago) but this is the current best deal to my knowledge.
Xiaomi Pocket 10000Mah large capacity mobile power bank is small and compact and features very fast charging due to its 2.1A power output.
This deal is available from GearBest who currently charge £11.53, however using code FBGBES the price is £10.49
TCB also offer 4.24% cashback for new customers and 3.18% cashback for existing customers (for classic members, if you're a plus member, then you receive a higher rate) which makes this offer even better (and TCB authorise the use of this promotional code!)
I have shopped with GearBest in the past and have had good experiences with them, however shipping can be quite slow due to the items being based in China. There are also numerous good reviews about this product and gearbest around the internet.
UPDATE 28/03/16: TCB are giving 5% bonus on all of their rates over the Easter weekend (so new customers 9.24%, existing customer, 8.18%). This ends tonight!

Fake capacities! 4 customer reviews isn't an accurate representation. When googling these brands the capacity is proven to be far from what they claim. 20000mAh for £6 is too good to be true. Also the second link is a seller based in China...

This is the smallest, lightest, best built, genuine 10000mAh charger you can get for a tenner.
They even state the actual capacity after heat loss and voltage exchange, so confident they are in the cells that they use (apparently Panasonic or Sanyo).
It charges up my 2013 iPad Air from dead to roughly 80% at similar speeds to a iPad wall adaptor. The original Air battery has around 8800mAh capacity when new.
It uses a Texas Instruments charging controller, power management is superb, it detects and negotiates the correct demand required from the device, drops to trickle as required and when full it stops charging completely.
Have a look in your local Boots for a 1000mAh power bank. They'll happily sell you a GP branded one that's physically about twice the size, and costs three times as much.

I've had one and to say it is bad is an understatement. Not good at all buy one and you'll realise quality comes at a price

Numerous unbiased review sites rate this at 5 stars (PCAdvisor .etc), and many customers. Guess you must have been unlucky

Thought it was just me ! I've had 2 from gear best and both packed up within weeks and they said I needed to post it back to China which was going to cost me £10 , PayPal saved me in the end because gearbest did not respond to my dispute so they refunded me.
I then thought I would play safe and bought one of these from Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/20000mAH-Portable-External-Battery-Charger/dp/B018MBKA5I?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00
That didn't work and they sent a replacement which only lasted a week ! I'm giving up on these.

Should be same charge time but only be able to charge it up roughly half as many times before it needs recharging again.

Does that mean it takes twice as long to charge a phone ?

Is this one nearly as good, would prefer to use Amazon
You don't even need to email Xiaomi to check - there's a unique code on the side of the box which you can check on the Xiaomi web site.

Then again, GearBest does have a history of selling fake products (especially Xiaomi) which is why it was banned from HUKD until recently.
If your product seems defective, why not email Xiaomi directly to confirm if it's genuine?

You are wrong! do your homework first this is a fantastic power bank....
However I do agree about the superior customer care when not using Gearbest as they are awful.

Bought this last time and it appears to hold plenty of charge so no problems there. Its a brick and quite heavy so if your thinking of putting it in your pocket or manbag ..forget it. No problems with GearBest ever. Think they may have improved their service.

I beg to differ with most contributors here. Not a competitive price by any measure. You can get a power bank with twice the capacity (20,000 mAh) for around the same price and, in some cases cheaper. You will also source the product in the UK meaning you get it in days rather than weeks. Plus, you will have peace of mind of superior customer care (just in case).
Check this or this.

Avoid this Gearbest as they will take your money and won't dispatch the item for weeks and weeks. Customer service is a joke.

i had ordered and received several items from gearbest with no issues.
One of the screen protectors arrived as damaged, raised an issue with CS first they asked for pics....after sending them offered store credit as refund and i politely declined and asked for paypal refund. took nearly a week for to issue the paypal credit......all went fine but had to contact them few times....
i would recommend gearbest for small items like this though......

This was £7.86 from gearbest 6 months ago so will probably drop to that again. Still going strong by the way if you're interested in buying 1.

I was looking to order one and seen those posts, wish I got in 6 months earlier. But this is still a good offer and the best currently around for anyone that doesn't want to wait. I'm glad to hear yours has lasted!

Well it may do ,however I think the pound was much stronger then and is now weaker so currency changes might stop the price dropping very much in the future.

I also brought for that price and this is an excellent product, but buyers beware of Gearbest you are better off buying elsewhere!

Good find! I don't use Quidco regularly so I never spotted that. Thank you!
Seems a good buy. However, if someone is prepared to wait then £10.49 + the cashback is a good offer, I forgot to mention if you earn any cashback today TCB are doing a 5% bonus as well. The Amazon is a good buy though if you want to receive it quickly.

As I mentioned in the description it was about 4-6 months back. Since the £ has become a lot weaker so this is a good deal currently.

Do not compare this charger to the generic crap that ebay and Amazon sellers have been shifting for years..
