I think it is just mainly the jack. Unfortunately the lack of the jack makes a big difference. If you want to use an existing headset other than the chat headset which came with the xbox one you have to buy an adapter at about £20...

My box had four of the circular plastic re-seals on it so had clearly been opened. All looked new with UK plug, but older controller without 3.5mm Jack despite them confirming by email it would be newer one with jack. No Xbox live trial code either which seemed odd as instructions on how to use it were included but no code.

You will struggle to get a better deal than this - if you take into account the points. Imported Ipad mini 2 can be bought for £179 from Ebay and elsewhere but with this deal you pay £170 and get £37 of credit to spend on Rakuten.
