Great soap this, no longer using the original coal tar from back in the day due to a new EU directive but now fragranced to give that same smell you remember as a child and instead now uses tea tree for the antiseptic properties which overall is probably more effective. Most high Street retailers and supermarkets sell these individual bars at between 80p and £1 but at the moment wilkos have a 4 pack for £1.75. Bargain
Check out reviews even since they changed the formula it still gets 5 stars.

Coal tar was banned in cosmetics by the EU in 2013, so not quite a new directive, but a good deal for this soap!

They smell nice but there is no coal tar in them. Coal tar is now deemed carcinogenic. The nearest you will get is pine tar soap...which also smells nice!
