agree with mommarto6...I have been in dispute with wren for over a year...The furniture ombudsman has just ruled in our favour...still wren won't return our calls...store went through four managers in that time...horrendous fitters..I so wish I went somewhere else!!!!

BEWARE there customer service is the worst eva I ignored all the negative feedback and bought a kitchen from Wren worst decision I ever made Damaged Units, replacement delays upon delays staff that didn't no there ass from there elbows everytime I rang the person dealing with my order had either left or it was there day off or it had been passed to someone else need I go on just bewareeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Only thing I can think of is to use a haulage company who will accept the incoming goods and ship onto you?
Or use their depot post code as delivery address! :laughing:
