The 360/PS3 covers are shiny. Wii U's not.

The Wii U version is actually labeled 'Special Edition', despite the boxart on websites showing 'Limited Edition'. Other platforms seem to actually be labeled 'Limited Edition'.

£9.99 Amazon.co.uk. I ordered it 28 Jan '15. I'm sure it has been that since, but £12 is still a great price.

I agree. Is not a limited edition unless there is a limited run of games produced, then no more, or ideally 1 of 100,000 or whatever number. However as it is called the "Limited Edition" thats what we have to refer to it as.

As goes there is also a "Bonus Edition", which I presume is exactly the same as the "Limited Edition" but for the US market.

Is a good game anyway, whether you have the version with the extra bits and bobs or not.

You can get either version on both Wii U / 3DS. There is images of the different case if you want to google it. The limited edition I recall from reading about it includes an extra Outrun course (as in the theme of the old Sega racing game) and maybe an extra character.

Code is 5% off then yeah.

Kirby is £19.76 which is cheapest around at the mo I think
Lego Marvel is £14.48 which also is cheapest since Amazon did it for £12 which I missed :disappointed:

So cheers just got both of these two, my lad has Mario Kart so wasn't bothered with Sonic or I would have got that for the price.

I just don't like the way they take people's money for stuff which will never be in stock. It's a poor practice imo!

Fair enough there is a slim chance they might get hold of a load of cheap leftover Wii U stock - but 99% of the stuff on their site they won't.

I dare you to back order a copy of Shadow Hearts on PS2 for £41. You might be dead before they dispatch a copy!

Can't imagine they'll ever get any stock in for Pac Man or Walking Dead. Virtually everything on their website can be bought on back order - even brand new PS2 games 10-15 years out of print like Shadow Hearts or Project Zero 3 - there is no chance of those ever coming in stock yet they'll take your money lol.

Heat for Sonic Racing though - £12 is decent value for that!

That's one advantage it has but I just play it by myself so it's no big deal.

Sonic is less geared to the casual that's for sure, but it's worth sticking with. It was my first Wii U jaw-drop moment. Even though there's the infamous glitch (I think that's what to call it anyway), I just think it's one of the few games Sega have came out with that truly do their legacy justice. Still, it's been cheaper - £12 is hardly daylight robbery though.

Pac-Man 2 is a great price. I regret selling my physical Pac-Mans when the digital versions went cheap as I'm out of slots for downloads now.

Walking Dead I'm tempted by - I love the TV show, but have heard nothing but terrible things about this game.
