Currently in stock, a steal for a new console. As an owner of an 8gb basic already, it's not bad if you don't mind low storage and prefer physical discs.
You can stick an external HDD on anyway and then you're sorted.

I assume this is for Wii U game saves but can you also run games of an externall HDD and what type of HDDs does it accept? Can you import music and films then watch it off the console?

Grade A refurb... What does that mean, someone opened it but never played it and sent it back?

No its been used but its good condition and cleaned. I dont think its a great deal. You can pick up the pro versions for £150 second hand with a bunch of games. Even if this was new id avoid it it and get a pro.

Ive been waiting patiently for the Wii U to come down to sub £100 being as its a dead in the water console (a lot of stores havent even got a nintendo section anymore, or one so small its about 1 shelf big), but would still be great for my 5 year old. Mario Kart, Zelda, Splatoon, maybe bayonetta 2 for me

£100 or less would be the sweet spot for me too, for the same reason that you've cited. Even second hand, they're still hitting £140+ though :disappointed:

You could have grabbed one 2 years ago. Amazon UK sold a bundle with 3 games, 2 Wiimotes + Wii U basic for 180 pounds. Sell the Wiimotes + games and you got yourself a Wii U for around 90-110 pounds (brand new).

For an 8GB version, at £130 and used condition it's surprising it went hot on here.
