OK I know you have to go via VPN to buy these, but this seems a great price for this highly rated game. Couple of other good deals like Hell Yeah and Alien vs Predator Collection for under £1 too

Looks like you can buy it, but the key is apparently region locked according to some guy in a reddit thread.

Can confirm that Sonic 4 Episode 1 (71p) & Sonic 4 Episode 2 (£1.01) both redeem fine on Steam.
I bought Sonic Lost World and it was region locked so avoid that and Alien Isolation.

I made the same mistake with Lost World a couple of months ago! All the Sonic stuff was on sale (same prices then I believe) so I bought Sonic 4 Episodes 1 and 2 for pennies and they worked fine so I just assumed Lost World would as well - it doesn't say Brazil only on the store page and it's purchasable with just a VPN, no address lock, and yet it is region locked. Thankfully managed to get my money back by selling it on elsewhere so no loss but I do now double check everything using the site that Buzz linked to above.
I do wish people wouldn't post Nuuvem deals if they haven't actually checked all of this and bought the game themselves to make sure - and bought it recently too, because the region restrictions do sometimes change (Cities: Skylines is an example - I got it from Nuuvem last year and it was region free at the time, now it isn't).
No - that one actually says 'This game is restricted to South America' on the website. The region lock checker confirms it (apparently if it was just the base game it would be region free but this is AvP Collection which is region locked).

It's always a difficult one with region locking. I mean Deep Silver are notorious for their titles being region locked. It even stated so on the Nuuvem page when I purchased Dead Island Collection late last year.
However, the product redeemed fine to my Steam account and still sits there (unplayed) now.

There is a humblebundle offer with this game, though you gotta pay more, however I think its worth it overall.

Yeah, it can be a bit odd. Can't remember which game it was but there was one where SteamLocks said it was region free but Nuuvem said it was restricted to Brazil. I didn't try it myself but there were people on SteamGifts saying that it worked for them, so I guess that was just the text on Nuuvem's webpage being wrong. You've always got to double check it and even then nothing is guaranteed.
I bought it from Nuuvem and it did work for me, so guess it's region free, but it did require a Paypal account with a Brazilian address (which I have, but there were a lot of hoops to jump through to get).
