I've heard it's not the best quality but still a good price although 1 bottle would do me a decade as I only use shampoo once a fortnight as with most hair and skin types washing your hair with shampoo too often actually does more damage than good.

what do you use when you are not using this when you shower/bathe ?

this is far superior to head & shoulder, pantene etc.
