Great little night light - sleeker design than some of the clunky alternatives.
Decent price from a nationwide retailer too.
Ideal for hallways or kiddies bedroom.
Light up your hallway or any room with a soft, gentle, cool light. Save money too with the LED auto sensor technology that is economical to run and automatically switches the night light ON at dusk and OFF at dawn. The high quality long-life LED means no light bulb changes. The night light is cool to the touch and its low profile design will look stylish in any setting.

Very reliable, had one of these for years. It's only 0.6W but if anything it's a little bright for our landing so I made a little card lampshade for it which also softens the look of it for our period house.

Great idea for hallway and landing while on holiday.

Not sure I agree with the description of sleek - looks rather over-engineered to me.

I bought the same item three years ago at the Ideal Home Exhibition - it's still working well and is used daily in a fairly dark dorridor. It switches off as expected in daylight and is always there at night. I'd certainly buy again.

How many watts is the LED? Wanting to see if it's justifying replacing my old 4watt ones.

Purchased 2 a few weeks ago. Used in the stairway and hall, puts out an amazing amount of light

battery powered means nothing,it could still get faulty after 5 minutes use.In this case the item is cheap and lasts.

I have one of these but it seems to need quite a lot of light to make it switch. So it's perfect for a normally bright room, but in darker areas you might find it doesn't switch off during the day.

Yes I found the same - a really useful amount of light at the bottom of our hall - but we have to turn it off and on again. Would recommend though, I bought a few and the light emitted was very poor - these are a good help.

Why would it stop going strong? It's not battery powered.
